  6. Thomas Edison was an innovator as he did not invent but instead, modified the light bulb into a better version of it.

  7. He was an inovator because the electric light bulb has already been invented and Thomas Edison only improvised on it to last for a long time

  11. He is an Innovator. As he only improved on something that was done before.

  12. He was an innovator. He did not invent something new, but instead improved on a current innovation.

  13. He is an innovator as light bulb was created but he made it better.=)

  14. He was an innovator. He modified the light bulb (not created by him) such that it lasted longer.

  16. Thomas Edison is an inventor, Edison did not invent the first electric light bulb, but instead invented the first commercially practical incandescent light. The commercially practical incandescent light can last for 1200 hours.

  17. Thomas Edison was an innovator because the light bulb already existed before he improved it.

  18. He was an innovator as the light bulb was already there before he made it better

  19. He was an innovator as the electric lightbulb was already invented and he made it even better using his creativity.

  22. Because he just improved upon the invention

  23. He is an innovator because he improved on the idea on the lightbulb, not invented the lightbulb.

  24. He was an innovator as he just made improvements to the light bulb which came out afew years before.

  25. Edison was not an inventor as light bulbs were invented a long time ago and he improved the idea of the light bulb to make it longer lasting and so he was an innovator.

  26. He is an innovator because he did not invent the light bulb but he improved the long lasting of the light bulb

  27. he was an inventor as he improved on the 'at that time' version of the light bulb-

  28. He was an Innovator as the base idea for the electrics light bulb was already invented, so he innovated the invention of a light bulb into a light bulb that is powered by electricity and can last longer than the original.

  29. Thomas Edison was an innovator as there were other inventors who already invented a light bulb, just that the light bulb were not as good and uses other methods of lighting up.

  30. He was an innovator. As he did not create the light bulb he innovated the incandescent light bulb with better materials and made it commercially available to republicans.

  31. Like improving the incandescent light bulb to last longer and make it more practical which is powered by a different type of energy.
